Royal Enfield at EICMA 2026: The New Frontier of Pure Motorcycling

Marking the culmination of its landmark 125th anniversary year, Royal Enfield, the global leader in the mid-size motorcycle segment (250cc-750cc), returned to EICMA 2026 to reveal the next chapter of its journey. Bridging a century of heritage with a bold vision for the future, the showcase was anchored in a new product direction that set the stage for what comes next.

Moving beyond its milestone year, Royal Enfield presented a formidable new motorcycle portfolio, dynamic expressions of moto-culture through its Custom World collaboration and lifestyle apparel, and the future roadmap for Flying Flea, its City+ electric mobility brand.

Leading the showcase was the highly anticipated Himalayan 750, Royal Enfield’s first motorcycle powered by an all-new 743cc twin engine. As a powerful new expression of the original Himalayan spirit, the machine builds on a decade-long legacy of making the mountains accessible to all. Engineered for a deeply visceral riding experience, it carries the ruggedness and spartan simplicity of its predecessors into an entirely new realm of global adventure.

Joining it on stage was the Continental GT 750, a sharper, sportier evolution of Royal Enfield’s pure café racer lineage. Blending its distinctive retro styling with an aggressive contemporary edge, it carries the iconic GT legacy into a new era. Powered by an uprated version of the new 743cc twin engine, it proudly takes the mantle as Royal Enfield’s highest-performance production motorcycle to date.

In the electric vehicle segment, Royal Enfield showcased the Flying Flea S6, a scrambler in Dart Yellow and Lightning Grey that takes the brand’s City+ vision beyond tarmac, with a high-torque motor and lightweight build that are just as fun through traffic as they are capable on a trail.

Commenting on the EICMA showcase, B. Govindarajan, Managing Director – Eicher Motors Ltd., and Chief Executive Officer, Royal Enfield, said,

“For 125 years, Royal Enfield has evolved while staying fiercely true to its philosophy of Pure Motorcycling. At EICMA this year, we are unveiling a future-focused vision that brings our design heritage and rider-inspired engineering together. The showcases reflect how we are expanding our portfolio, evolving technologies, and offering a more engaging cultural ecosystem for our community.”

“Leading our next chapter is the Himalayan 750, a motorcycle that builds on a decade of the Himalayan’s legacy. It brings greater capability, performance, and the perfect balance of technology, all while retaining the untamed spirit of exploration. The Continental GT 750 takes our iconic café racer lineage forward with a sharper, more contemporary expression. On the electric vehicle front, the scrambler-styled Flying Flea S6 pushes the boundaries of urban exploration through extreme lightness, agility, and a distinctive design. Alongside our motorcycles, the Shotgun 650 ‘Son of a Gun’ collaboration with Deus Ex Machina celebrates the creative possibilities of custom motorcycling, while the 1901 Apparel Collection reimagines our heritage for a new generation.”

HIMALAYAN 750 – BUILT FOR NEW FRONTIERS

A decade after the Himalayan 411 made adventure motorcycling accessible to all, Royal Enfield has launched the Himalayan 750, its first 750cc motorcycle. Carrying forward the tradition of being built by riders, for riders, the motorcycle is designed to seek new horizons and new adventures, and to roam far from home. It is equipped with the right balance of technology to support the rider, ensuring it never overshadows the raw, untamed spirit of the journey.

At its core sits a characterful 743cc air/oil-cooled parallel-twin that serves up 63 Nm of torque at 5,000 RPM, with 90% of it available from as low as 3,500 RPM, for unrelenting muscle on any terrain. Engineered for all riding styles, it comes with five curated ride modes, a six-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), cornering ABS, lean-sensitive traction control, cruise control and a 19″/17″ tubeless setup with cast or spoked wheels, among other features, to keep the rider firmly in control. Touring features such as an adjustable windscreen, independent rider and pillion seats and a 195kg payload capacity make it a machine for days or weeks in the saddle.

The Himalayan 750 will be available at an introductory price of:

  • Cast wheel option in Aztec Green at £6999 (UK) and €7390 (Italy)
  • Spoked wheel option in Viking Bronze and Siberia White at £7299 (UK) and €7790 (Italy)
  • The Flagship variant in Antarctic Silver fully loaded with bespoke luggage created in collaboration with GIVI at £8699 (UK) and €9290 (Italy)

CONTINENTAL GT 750 – ICONIC CAFÉ RACER LINEAGE

Royal Enfield showcased the Continental GT 750, bringing a new expression to its iconic café racer lineage. The motorcycle brings together distinctive styling and a sporty character, carrying forward the GT’s legacy with a contemporary edge. Powered by an uprated version of Royal Enfield’s new 743cc twin engine, the Continental GT 750 will be the brand’s highest-performance production motorcycle to date.

A significant step forward in performance, material quality and component specification, it retains an intentionally analogue character, with minimal, thoughtfully integrated technology in the form of a unique hybrid twin-pod TFT display. The Continental GT 750 will be available in unfaired and faired variants. While the unfaired version stays true to the GT’s distinctive silhouette, the faired variant features a lower handlebar position for a more focused riding posture. At EICMA, the motorcycle was showcased in three colourways – Red Line, TT Blue and Master Clean – across the two variants.

FLYING FLEA S6 – THE CITY+ SCRAMBLER

The Flying Flea S6 (FF S6) scrambler takes the brand’s City+ vision beyond tarmac. Built on the FF C6’s lightweight construction and agile chassis, it brings sharp, punchy performance that doesn’t flinch when the city gets rough, from cobblestones and tram tracks to half-finished roads and dirt. Approachable for new riders, yet with plenty in reserve for seasoned riders who want to dart into gaps and take the more adventurous way across town.

Purposefully engineered and happy to turn heads, it’s as much at home on the high street as it is covered in mud. The FF S6 pairs a high-torque motor with an enduro seat, a combination that makes it just as fun through traffic as it is capable on a trail. The round touchscreen display runs Fleaware.OS, keeping rider and motorcycle connected on every ride. The FF S6 comes with a host of rider aids and riding modes built for City+ riding, and debuts an exclusive off-road mode that lets the rider zone into the ride when the road ends. Available in two colours, Dart Yellow and Lightning Grey, the FF S6 will be launched in summer 2027.
